Big Bear Skyfest – Snow Summit

The “Big Bear Valley Astronomical Society” will be attending the “Big Bear Skyfest” of 2025 on this evening at the top of Snow Summit.

Skyfest volunteers will conduct an evening hike at the top of Snow Summit culminating with an Astronomical viewing event with volunteers from the Big Bear Valley Astronomical Society. Come on out and join us on this warm, dark and moonless Big Bear night, hike if you wish or simply hang out with your local amateur astronomers to observe several astronomical objects through a telescope and talk astronomy and to learn more about our Dark Skies Initiative.
